I. Adoptable T.O.S:Regarding ONE-OFF design:+ You can redesign them as long as the design remains 80% similar to the OG design.
=> This DO NOT APPLY for MECHA/ROBOT designs or design with ROBOTIC elements from me. You can't redesign them, end of story.+ I don't care what you using the character for, but if you intended to use them for commercial/monetized purpose please contact me.+ I also don't care if you reselling my design that you get for free. But remember, whatever happened or how others thinks of you when they found out you did that is at your own risk, I have no responsible toward your decision/action.+ NO REFUND DOESN'T MATTER WHAT HAPPENED ON YOUR END. Once you received the files, that's it, NO REFUND, NO BARGAIN._ __________________________Regarding CLOSED SPECIES design:+ You can redesign them as long as the design remains 80% similar to the OG design.+ If voiding the design, please consulting me when redesign to make sure you get all the traits removed without touching on the based design too much.
=> Regrading AW0005 adoptable. I do not want them to be taken out of the community unless it been 5-6 months since they released. Please make sure you are aware and okay with this before purchase/joining raffle unless there was mention of allowing to take them off species in the post.+ I don't care what you using the character for, but if you intended to use them for commercial/monetized purpose please contact me and the species owner.+ NO REFUND DOESN'T MATTER WHAT HAPPENED ON YOUR END. Once you received the files, that's it, NO REFUND, NO BARGAIN.+ For Trade/resell matter, please referred to the CS's T.O.S beforehand.

II. Commission T.O.S:Regarding CUSTOM commission:+ You can redesign them as much as you want to but NOT DIRECTLY on the original files, draw the redesign on your own.
=> If this is a Closed species design, please referred to their T.O.S if you redesign it.+ I don't care what you using the character for, but if you intended to use them for commercial/monetized purpose please tell me beforehand.+ Anything else please referring back to Adoptable T.O.S above.+ NO REFUND AFTER SKETCHING STAGE. It is your responsibility to check the sketch and approve it, if I don't received feedback within 3 days, then your orders will be pushed back until you approved it.+ Maximum 2 free fix attempts during sketching stage. After that each change will be 1usd per attempt. Make sure you make up your mind carefully._ __________________________Regarding ILLUSTRATION commission:+ You can't altered the final piece.+ You can share/repost anywhere/use it for anything you wanted to with proper credit to the @KruegersHusband.
=> If intended to use for commercial purpose, please discuss this with me before placing order. The only exception to this T.O.S is if your order is about Bulletpunk Universe or War of Orders for official merchandise. There's no other exceptions ever.+ NO REFUND AFTER SKETCHING STAGE. It is your responsibility to check the sketch and approve it, if I don't received feedback within 3 days, then your orders will be pushed back until you approved it.+ Maximum 2 free fix attempts during sketching stage.
